The Russians are preparing to withdraw artillery units from the right side of the Kherson region, with their subsequent possible transfer to other areas, according to a summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“According to the available information, the enemy is taking preparatory measures to withdraw artillery units from the right side of the Kherson region, with their subsequent possible transfer in other directions,” the statement said.

So, in Nova Kakhovka, since October 29, access to the Internet has been disabled and through loudspeakers they spread information about the need to leave the region within 48 hours due to the alleged threat of missile strikes from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The priority called “evacuation” is subject to the medical staff of local hospitals and city operational services.
In addition, the occupying authorities issued a decree obliging traders to sell all food products and close shops and markets from November 1, 2022.
