Police in the UK are investigating an attack on a migrant center in the city of Dover, where a man threw Molotov cocktails, Reuters reports.
According to those who witnessed the incident, a man at around 11:20 local time (13:20 Kyiv time) arrived at the center for migrants in a white sports SUV and threw several bottles with firebombs at the place. One of them did not explode.
The man then drove to a nearby gas station, tied a noose around his neck, attached it to a metal pole and drove to the car, killing himself.
Police in Kent County, where Dover is located, confirmed the incident. According to them, one person sustained a minor injury as a result.
“The suspect has been identified and found. The investigation into the incident is ongoing,” added the police.
