Electricity supply has been restored to four settlements of the frontline region.

Over the past 24 hours, DTEK’s emergency teams have restored electricity to 6.8 thousand families in four settlements of the Donetsk region, according to the company’s website on Sunday, October 30.

Thus, it was possible to restore electricity supply to some of the villages that suffered regular shelling by the Russian invaders.

Today, 79 settlements remain without electricity in the Donetsk region, where energy company specialists do not have access to work.

It will be remembered that on October 10-11, the Russian invaders carried out a massive blow to the energy infrastructure facilities, which led to a lack of power in the energy system. Power plants and major substations were destroyed. In particular, five TPPs of DTEK are under shelling.

Due to damage to energy infrastructure across Ukraine, emergency power outages were introduced most of the week.
