Residents of the regional center were urged to reduce electricity consumption to a minimum in order to support the energy system.
Part of the city of Rivne was left without power due to an emergency power outage. This was announced by the city mayor Alexander Tretyak on Telegram on Sunday morning, October 30.
“PJSC Rovnooblenergo reports an emergency power outage: the Grabnik area, the city center, the area of Rivneoblenergo LLC. The emergency team of Rivnooblenergo LLC is working,” Tretyak wrote.
He noted that in order to support the energy system, it is necessary to reduce electricity consumption to a minimum.
Recall that on October 22, Russian aggressors launched a missile attack on Rivne. Energy infrastructure facilities were damaged. After that, rolling blackouts were introduced in the regional center.
The day before in Rivne was the first day this week without power cuts.
