Another exchange of prisoners was carried out: 52 Ukrainian prisoners were released – officers, doctors, sergeants and soldiers. This was reported by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.
It is reported that among those released – 12 NSU fighters, including 2 “Azov”, 18 – from the Navy, 8 – from the State Border Guard Service, 9 – from the Troops, 3 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 2 civilians. .
“The defenders of Azovstal, the defenders of Mariupol and those who saved lives are coming home. We managed to replace the head of the surgical department of the Mariupol military hospital, which is in Azovstal, and a young military surgeon of 65th military mobile hospital. . We are returning a marine whose wife recently left captivity, and a volunteer from Mariupol with the symbolic surname Moscow, and also a sailor from Zmeiny Island. There will also be at home of some military men to be taken prisoner to the Chernobyl zone,” reported Yermak .

The Ministry of Defense reported that during the massive raid, 28 prisoner exchanges were made and 978 people were freed from captivity, 99 of them civilians.
