Wolf is the right person to provide Ukraine with the weapons it needs to win “a bloody war of aggression with Russia,” according to Washington.

The White House has hired retired Colonel General Terry Wolfe to coordinate the provision of weapons to Ukraine. This was reported on Thursday, April 21, by CNN, citing two administration officials.

Wolf reportedly recently joined the National Security Council to help coordinate security assistance provided by the U.S. and its partners in Ukraine.

“His experience as deputy in the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS will be impressive to ensure that this coalition maintains momentum,” an official said.

The US believes he is the right man “to ensure that Ukraine gets the necessary weapons to defeat Russia’s bloody war of occupation.”

Wolf has experience with the Pentagon, Joint Staff, State Department and U.S. National Security Council.

Ukrainian troops currently have more tanks in front than Russians.
