The report says that ordinary employees of the Moscow mayor’s office were not given the promised reservation in a timely manner.
As a result, departmental departments are idle around the clock due to the lack of specialists or the possibilities of electronic document management cannot be used, because the employees responsible for it have left.
In one of the subordinate institutions of the Department of Transportation, due to the absence of employees, several important budget documents were lost.
