The Cabinet of Ministers activates the mechanism for attracting the unemployed to the “Recovery Army” of the country due to their involvement in socially useful work.
According to the Ministry of Economy on October 25, the introduction of this mechanism in the regions was discussed during a meeting of the Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko with the heads of the regional and Kyiv city military administrations.
These are the types of work:

arrangement and strengthening of checkpoints, cutting down trees to form trenches;

preparation of firewood for the military and the population;

removal of rubble and restoration of residential buildings, other premises damaged as a result of hostilities;

strengthening of dams;

clearing roads from rubble;

unloading humanitarian aid;

arrangement of basements in multi-storey buildings, schools for shelter;
-
repair and restoration work in the premises of the social sphere;
-
assistance to internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, the elderly.
The organizer of the work should be the military command, together with the OV, independently or with the involvement of executive authorities. All able-bodied persons will be involved in the work, in particular, registered unemployed and internally displaced persons who do not have restrictions for health reasons, the Ministry of Economy explained.
The state will pay for their work at the level of the minimum wage – UAH 6,700.
