The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, also reported about the explosion: “Tonight, an unknown explosive device went off in the stretch between the settlements of Novozybkov and Zlynka. The railway tracks were damaged . There were no casualties. Emergency and operational services are working in the area.”
