The reason for the crash of the Su-34 bomber in the Russian Yeysk was that the birds swallowed the aircraft’s engine. This was reported by the Russian agency TASS.
According to the interlocutor of the agency (a representative of law enforcement agencies), an investigation into the circumstances of the bomber crash found that two seagulls entered the aircraft engine.
“Their remains were found by experts when examining the wreckage of the aircraft,” the source said.
