Russia has begun disseminating information about Ukraine’s alleged preparations to use a “dirty bomb” for provocation.
Ukraine does not have the “dirty bomb” that Russia claims. This is what Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said on Sunday, October 23.
“Russia’s lies about Ukraine’s alleged plans to use a ‘dirty bomb’ are as absurd as they are dangerous. First, Ukraine is a committed party to the NPT (Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty – IF): we don’t have any ‘dirty bombs’ and we don’t plan to have them. Second, the Russians often blame others for what they are planning,” Kuleba wrote in Twitter.
It will be recalled that Russian propaganda began to spread allegations that Ukraine was allegedly preparing a provocation with a “dirty bomb”. This is also what Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in talks with colleagues from Turkey, France, Great Britain and the United States.
And the other day, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that if the Russian Federation launches a nuclear strike on the President’s Office in Kyiv, the world must respond with a blow to the center of decision-making in Russia itself.
