The Perm gunpowder plant worked in three shifts, producing weapons for the war in Ukraine, according to local public figures.
An explosion occurred at a gunpowder factory in the Kirovsky district of Perm, followed by a fire. This was reported on Saturday, October 22 by local Telegram channels and the website Properm.ru.
According to media reports, three people died.
Arriving at the scene of the state of emergency, firefighters localized the fire in an area of 20 square meters.
