An explosion occurred at a gunpowder factory in the Kirovsky district of Perm, followed by a fire. This was reported on Saturday, October 22 by local Telegram channels and the website Properm.ru.
According to media reports, three people died.
Arriving at the scene of the state of emergency, firefighters localized the fire in an area of 20 square meters.
Earlier in the city of Shebekino (Belgorod region of the Russian Federation) a huge fire broke out.
And one day a substation burned down in Belgorod, there was no electricity in the city.
