The invaders from the morning of October 22 began shelling Ukraine. Publicly, explosions were reported in Kyiv, Lvov, Khmelnytsky, Rivne, Volyn regions. In Chernivtsi – PPO worked, an enemy missile was shot over the lake.
In particular, in Lutsk, the invaders hit an energy facility. According to the head of the Lutsk City Council, Igor Polishchuk, part of the city was left without electricity. The mayor urged citizens to conserve water. Rescuers are on the scene.
Also, according to Polishchuk, the explosion damaged a private house, one person was burned.

Khmelnitsky and Rivne were left without electricity.
Regarding the explosions in the Lviv region, the UVA said that the air defense forces worked.
