Russia’s top political leadership had jointly planned an invasion, and they wanted to send Ukrainians to build new cities in Siberia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu are preparing concentration camps for Ukrainians in Western Siberia. This was announced on Thursday, April 21, by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov in Twitter.
“In Western Siberia, Putin and Shoigu planned to create concentration camps for Ukrainians to build new cities,” Danilov wrote.
According to him, the decision on a full -scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine was made by the entire leading political leadership of Russia.
“The task of the Russian army is to destroy our country, our people, in order to colonize Ukraine,” Danilov stressed.
“There is no doubt that Russia will not stop. Until we drive them out of all our territories, including Crimea, the war will not end,” the NSDC secretary summed up.
Russia had previously reportedly brought to the Far East more than 300 refugees from Mariupol.
It was also reported that Ukrainians, brought by Russian troops to Russia as refugees, were resettled in Siberia and across the Arctic Circle. About 100,000 refugees went thousands of miles from home.
