Information about enemy attacks on the city was confirmed by the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov.
“Attention citizens of Kharkiv: stay in shelters! Russian invaders are attacking the center of the region,” the governor emphasized.
Later, Terekhov clarified that the “arrivals” were recorded in one of the Kharkov enterprises.
“An initial hit on the administrative and production building … There were damages. Their level, and if there were victims as a result of the shelling of the enemy, was established by the State Emergency Service,” the mayor added.
Earlier it was reported that Russian troops with a missile strike from Belgorod destroyed warehouses with humanitarian aid in Kharkov.
