The leader of Chechnya said that his sons, as part of the delegation, were looking for members of the Ichkerian battalion fighting for Ukraine.
Ramzan Kadyrov said his sons Akhmat, Eli and Adam Kadyrov visited “the contact line, where heavy fighting is currently taking place, and provided covering fire for the advancing fighters.” He wrote about it in his Telegram.
According to Kadyrov, “Akhmat, Eli and Adam approached the enemy positions and provided covering fire for the advancing fighters.”
“Also, taking the opportunity, they turned to the Chechen-speaking shaitans on the other side with the proposal to go to the front line and prove their adherence to European values in the battle,” Kadyrov wrote.
He also noted that his sons were looking for members of the Ichkerian battalion fighting for Ukraine in a few days as part of a delegation from Chechnya.
The leader of Chechnya also published a video. Where it was filmed and under what conditions is not very clear, it is also difficult to determine the identity of those captured in the video, as they are all wearing earmuffs. However, if we assume that these are Kadyrov’s sons in the video, and they are really on the front line, then this is a violation of Russian law (it is possible to use, store and obtain firearms in the Russian Federation from at the age of 18), because minor children were given weapons in their hands and allowed to shoot from machine guns, RPG-7 and an automatic heavy-duty grenade launcher AGS-17, Zerkalo wrote about it.
Also, according to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which Russia also signed, the participating states “take all possible measures to ensure that persons under the age of 15 do not take direct part in hostilities .”
It will be remembered that Kadyrov previously said that his children, nephews and brothers came to Ukraine and visited the occupied Mariupol. With this, they allegedly expressed gratitude to the fighters for carrying out Vladimir Putin’s orders.
