Law enforcement officers detained two men in Transcarpathia who were illegally carrying groups of conscripts to the border. This was reported by the Office of the Attorney General.
It was noted that the defendants organized a channel for illegal border crossing by men who were prohibited from leaving the state for the period of martial law. For this they got a cash reward of 16.5 thousand euros. In particular, the suspects promised to deliver the three people to Romania outside the checkpoints.
The men – residents of Sumy, Chernigov and Uzhgorod, were found by law enforcement officers in the area of one of the organizers in the village of Grushevo, where they are awaiting further instructions from the suspects about the illegal crossing the border.
The organizers of the illegal transfer of persons to the state border were notified of suspicion (part 3 of article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Recall that in Bukovina the channel of illegal transfer of deviators was blocked.
