Seized property and funds worth 100 million hryvnias were transferred in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Kostenko said.
Law enforcement officials of the Odessa region transferred in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine seized the property worth 124 million hryvnias. This was announced by the head of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office Sergei Kostenko at a press conference.
“In general, property and funds worth UAH 124 million, 35 vehicles, 2 semi-trailers, a fuel tank and others were transferred during martial law. Today we still have a lot of seized property, which we are preparing to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for defense use,” he explained.
According to him, related work is also being carried out to search and seize the property of other property directly or indirectly owned by the Russian Federation, Belarus and their residents.
In particular, until now, funds belonging to Russia and Belarus have been arrested, almost worth a billion hryvnias, he said.
The head of the prosecutor’s office added that six units of cars and trucks, a property complex, and warehouses were arrested.
