Four local residents produced forged documents that allowed citizens to travel to the EU under the guise of a student or volunteer.
In the Kyiv region, four citizens were exposed and notified of suspicion, one of them – in absentia, on the fact of illegal transportation of people across the state border of Ukraine. This was announced on October 19 by the Office of the Attorney General.
According to the investigation, during the martial law, the suspects organized a scheme for the unhindered crossing of the state border by people of military age. For a cash reward in the amount of 4,500 to 5,550 US dollars, they produced forged documents that allowed citizens liable for military service to cross state borders in the direction of European Union countries under the guise of a student or volunteer.

Three people were detained. A search was conducted in the places where the suspects lived and in their vehicles. Cash, mobile phones and bank cards were confiscated.
