On the night of Wednesday, October 19, Russian troops shelled the Krivoy Rog district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the attack, an energy infrastructure facility was destroyed, said Alexander Vilkul, head of the Krivoy Rog ROA.
“Due to the hit during the last air raid (it is not appropriate to give more detailed information) without electricity, many settlements of the district and microdistrict of Ingulets in Krivoy Rog,” wrote Vilkul.
He noted that power engineers are currently working at the scene.
“If it is not possible to eliminate the accident in the morning, then the water supply will be arranged in Ingulka. We will try to use alternative power supply schemes,” said the head of the RVA, adding that it will take some time.
