The Russians have focused their efforts on critical infrastructure facilities, Aleksey Kuleba said.
Russian aggressors sent two waves of kamikaze drones to the Kyiv region. Oleksiy Kuleba, chairman of Kyiv OVA, said this on the air of the national telethon on Monday, October 17.

“From six o’clock in the morning there was an air raid in the Kyiv region. The air defense is working. We have no arrivals and destruction in the region. The situation is calm, stable,” said Kuleba.
According to him, apart from two waves of kamikaze drones, no other method was used in the Kyiv region.
Kuleba emphasized that the enemy is now directing its efforts to critical infrastructure facilities.
“We strengthened the defense of the region. Additional funding was provided. But the war continues, and the risk of shelling still remains,” the head of the UVA added.
Remember, on Monday morning, Russian drones attacked Kyiv. The body of the deceased was found in the ruins of one of the residential buildings. At the same time, 18 people were saved.
