The head of the Donetsk OVA spoke about the killings of civilians and military – now experts are working to establish the causes of death of the dead.
In the liberated territories of Donbass, more than 80% of the civilian infrastructure was damaged by the Russian invaders. This was announced by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavel Kirilenko on the air of the national telethon.
“Svyatogorsk, Liman … more than 80% in two communities, this is about 50 settlements. The housing stock, especially private houses, was destroyed so that it cannot be restored. Where we can mothball them, doing we do it. But the destruction and damage to the infrastructure in general and critical infrastructure is very important. Therefore, the work does not stop day or night,” said Kirilenko.
The head of Donetsk OVA also spoke about the killings of civilians and military – now experts are working to establish the causes of death of the dead. According to him, deaths as a result of the conflict and shelling of the civilian population will be established separately. There will also be a separate category of people who died as a result of torture.
“We will connect this to reveal a causal relationship between the tortures found in Liman and Svyatogorsk,” Kirilenko explained.
In addition, Kirilenko said that from October 11 to 12, for the first time in several months, he submitted a report in which no one was injured and dead. On October 12, seven were killed and 13 were injured.
“Seven people were killed in the central market on the frontline Avdiivka as a result of tank shelling. 13 people were wounded along the front line and far from it,” added the head of the Donetsk Regional Military District.
Recall that enemy units in the Donetsk region are receiving orders to temporarily stop the offensive. The reason for this decision is the low moral and psychological state of the mobilized and the many facts of desertion.
