“The prosecutor proved to the court that since January 2016, the convict voluntarily signed a contract for military service in an armed formation not provided by law, the terrorist organization “DPR” – a separate assault battalion of Somalia. He also carried out personal protection of the commander of this battalion with the call sign “Givi,” the message said.

It will be noted that the man fully admitted his guilt and gave incriminating evidence.

He was sentenced to 13 years in prison with confiscation of assets.

It will be remembered that “Givi” was killed on February 8, 2017 in Donetsk in his office. In the self-proclaimed DPR, the Ukrainian special services were accused of killing Givi and another Motorola ally.
