The participants of the meeting noted the importance of temporarily reducing electricity consumption during peak hours in the network – from 17:00 to 22:00.
To reduce the load on the power system and reduce the need for emergency shutdowns, citizens are asked not to use the most energy-consuming equipment at the specified time, in particular: electric heaters, boilers, electric stoves, microwaves oven, washing machine. and dishwashers, electric kettles, coffee makers. If necessary, these devices are best used in the afternoon.
The State Emergency Service accepts requests from local communities to operate critical facilities with diesel generators.
According to the Ministry of Digital Development, the infrastructure that ensures the operation of mobile communications was not damaged. However, in some areas there are disruptions due to lack of power supply.
Therefore, the state should supervise the provision of mobile operators with fuel for generators, and also, if possible, provide access to Starlink stations.
Recall that to strike the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, Russia used 84 cruise missiles and 24 drones, the Ukrainian air defense shot down 56 targets.
