Ukrainian defenders launched nine successful airstrikes against the Russians and repelled enemy attacks in several directions. This was reported on the evening of Sunday, October 9, to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
So, according to the military order, during the past day, Ukrainian soldiers repelled enemy attacks in the areas of settlements of Budarki, Terny, Soledar, New York, Pervomayskoye, Nevelskoye and Pobeda.
At the same time, Ukrainian aviation delivered nine strikes. A hit was confirmed on seven areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, as well as on three anti-aircraft missile systems of the enemy.
In the directions of Volyn and Polesye, the situation remains unchanged.
In the direction of Seversk, shelling from mortars and cannon artillery was recorded in the areas of settlements of Miropolye, Mezenovka, Vorozhba, Slavgorod, Seredina Buda and Starikove, Sumy region. There was also an air strike.
At the direction of Slobozhansky, the areas of 30 settlements were fired from mortars, cannons and rocket artillery. Among them are White Well, High Yaruga, Raisin, Neskuchnoye, Redkodub, Chervonaya Zarya. Use shock UAVs.
In the direction of Kramatorsk, the invaders carried out shelling in the areas of Belogorovka, Grekovka, Ivanovka, Nevskoye, Pershotravneve, Serebryanka and Terny settlements. At the same time, the mining of bridge crossings, crossings and suburbs of settlements was recorded there.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the enemy fired at the settlements of Andreevka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutskoye, Zaitsevo, Zelenopolye, Soledar, Yakovlevka, Mayorsk and New York.
In the direction of Avdeevka, the enemy attacked the areas of the settlements of Avdeevka, Vodiane, Krasnogorovka, Maryinka, Pervomayskoye, Novomikhailovka.
No Russian offensives were recorded in the directions of Novopavlovsk and Zaporozhye. At the same time, more than 30 settlements were stoned.
In the Yuzhnobuzhsky direction, 35 cities and villages along the collision line were burned from the invaders.
The General Staff states that the Russians are trying to maintain the occupied territories and are attempting an offensive in the directions of Bakhmut and Avdeevsky.
