“At the moment, Energodar is still without electricity and water. Regular shelling hinders rapid emergency recovery work. For the third day now, people have been denied the opportunity to cook food. hot food or drink ,” he says.
Orlov urged the city’s residents to be careful while collecting dry branches for the fire, as the invaders could mine the plantings and the forest zone.
“Right now, the situation with drinking water is getting worse. Especially for citizens who don’t have time to make supplies or have already used it,” said the mayor.
Orlov also said that humanitarian aid is not allowed in the city.
“We are ready to organize the rapid delivery and distribution of drinking water in Energodar, which is now urgently needed. But for a long time, all humanitarian supplies from the territories controlled by Ukraine have not been allowed to enter the city by the occupiers,” said the mayor.
It will be recalled that the power at Energodar went out after the shelling on October 7th.
