Representatives of the Chernivtsi detachment detained 20 citizens of Ukraine near the state border, who, outside the checkpoints, tried to enter Romania and Moldova. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
“The driver organized the illegal crossing of the Ukrainian-Romanian border outside the checkpoints for five citizens liable for military service in Sumy, Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions,” the report said.
It was reported that the offenders were brought to the border units and held accountable under Article 204 for attempting to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine, and a message was sent to the National Police regarding the detection of signs of illegal migration of people across the borders of the state of Ukraine.
It was previously reported that a resident of Volyn was exposed, having forged documents for the removal of conscripts.
