Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, called the decision of the Russian president a legal attack.

Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Mikhail Podolyak is convinced that it is necessary to immediately impose sanctions on Rosatom and the Russian nuclear industry. He wrote this on Twitter.

“An attempted legal raid on Russia’s Zaporozhye nuclear power plant requires an immediate response:

1. Sanctions against Rosatom.

2. Stopping the construction of all nuclear facilities with Russian participation.

3. Rejection of any partnership with Russia in the nuclear industry,” the statement said.

Recall that Vladimir Putin issued a decree ordering the seizure of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, located in the territories occupied by the Russian Federation.

Later it was also learned that the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, was going to Kyiv to hold important meetings on nuclear security.
