It was reported that in early July 2022, a resident of the city of Bryanka was appointed by the occupation administration of the Russian Federation to the pseudo-position of “acting head of the Severodonetsk city administration of the LPR.”
“The suspect follows the instructions of the chairman of the pseudo-republic and legitimizes the Russian authorities’ occupation of the city’s territory. In the captured city in ruins, the so-called “leader” allegedly establishes a “peaceful life” by spreading pro-Russian narratives,” said the report.
The Office of the Prosecutor General states that the citizen began collaborating with the occupiers since 2014: before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he was the “head of the LPR’s Bryanka city administration.” On this fact, an indictment was sent to the court.
Earlier it was reported about the message of suspicion of treason to deputy Renat Kuzmin.
