More than a thousand cars have been accumulated in the Zaporozhye region, which is headed for Ukrainian-controlled territory.
The Russian occupiers do not allow people to leave the occupied territories by complicating the procedure of passing through their checkpoints in every possible way. On Sunday, September 2, Vice Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Irina Vereshchuk said on the air of the informational telethon.
He emphasized that it is especially difficult for men to leave work, which, according to Vereshchuk, they are forced to mobilize in the ranks of the Russian army.

“In fact, about 1.5 thousand cars have already accumulated in Vasilyevka, and they have not been released. In particular, only 11 people escaped from the Kherson region yesterday – this is very little, compared, for example, a week ago there are 600 – 700 a day,” Vereshchuk emphasized.
He recalled that he always called on the residents of the temporarily occupied territories to evacuate the territories controlled by Ukraine in advance, because the enemy could close the exit routes.
“We understand that the enemy will do this – to close the evacuation channels. And now there are no humanitarian corridors, unfortunately, so far we have not been able to reach an agreement on the evacuation corridors. And in fact, the men who stayed there can be mobilized by the invaders,” he told Vereshchuk.
The Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for the Reunification of the Temporarily Occupied Territories said that the state bodies are recording all the facts of the forced mobilization of men in the temporarily occupied territories, in particular, those specific cases, so that these data can be attached, including in the case against the Russian Federation at the International Criminal Court.
“It is already happening, we have data on those who are engaged in forced mobilization, who give such criminal orders, who do everything to illegally mobilize Ukrainian citizens. Of course, all this data will be added to the base of evidence, and then the guilty will be punished” , – Vereshchuk emphasized.
It was previously reported about the strengthening of filtering measures in the occupied territory of the Kherson region.
