The number of civilians who became victims of a Russian missile attack on a humanitarian convoy in Zaporozhye has reached 31. This was announced by the head of the region Oleksandr Starukh in a telethon broadcast on Saturday, October 1.
“Unfortunately, the number of victims increased. Another woman died, who was seriously injured. Currently, the number of victims has reached 31 people: 30 civilians and a policeman who helped people,” he said.
According to the governor, the invaders hit the entrance, exit and center of the column.
Recall that on the morning of September 30, the enemy army fired missiles at a civilian humanitarian convoy outside Zaporozhye. People lined up to go to the temporarily occupied territory to pick up their relatives or bring aid.
The death toll was earlier reported at 30 and 88 injured. Today in Zaporozhye and the region declared a day of mourning for the victims of shelling.
