Hot and humid air from the Balkans and Turkey will determine the weather in Ukraine for the next week, said Igor Kibalchich.
Hot and rainy weather awaits Ukrainians in the coming week. Indian summer is coming to Ukraine. This forecast was given by weather forecaster Igor Kibalchich, meteoprog reported.
The thermal regime of the atmosphere in the last days of September and early October will change in Central and Eastern Europe, he said.
“Hot and humid air will begin to flow towards Ukraine from the territory of the Balkan Peninsula and Turkey. The air temperature will increase significantly in most regions of our country, in some places even up to tag levels -heat,” said the forecaster.
However, as the weather warms, the rain will return. In some places they will be intense and will be accompanied by lightning-thunderstorms.
“We can say that the second half of the week will be marked by the onset of Indian summer in most of Ukraine, which is especially noticeable in the central, southern and eastern regions,” Kibalchich summed up.
