It is a formula that punishes a crime, protects life, restores territorial integrity, guarantees security and indicates decisiveness, the president announced.

“I will present a formula that can work not only for us, but for everyone who may find themselves in similar circumstances. It is a formula that punishes a crime, protects life, restores security and integrity of territory, guarantees security and indicates decisiveness,” he said.
According to the President of Ukraine, the first point is the punishment for violating the borders. He called for sanctions, blocking trade with the aggressor, depriving him of the right to veto as means of punishment. Citizens of the aggressor country should be denied the right to travel abroad. A tribunal should be set up to punish those responsible for the war.
The second point of the peace formula, according to Zelensky, is the protection of life. Every state should have the right to protect the lives of its citizens.
The third point he called the restoration of security and territorial integrity. According to the Ukrainian President, this includes, among other things, food and nuclear security.
The fourth point is security guarantees, Zelensky said. He is convinced that every state has the right to them.
The fifth point of the peace formula, according to the Ukrainian president, is the determination to defend and the determination to help.
“What is not in our formula is neutrality,” Zelensky stressed, saying that “neutrality is indifference.”
Earlier, the Ukrainian leader, commenting on the announcement of the President of the Russian Federation on partial mobilization, said that he wanted to drown Ukraine in blood.
