Turkey’s refusal to cooperate is a serious blow to the system of training and maintaining the qualifications of pilots in the Russian Federation.
Turkish Airlines training center refuses to train Russian pilots in flight simulation simulators. This was reported by The Insider.
It was noted that a notice was sent to Russian airlines stating that the center was forced to stop working with companies from the Russian Federation due to the tightening of sanctions by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), confirming all FSTD simulators.
According to experts, the refusal of Turkish partners to cooperate is a serious blow to the system of training and maintaining the qualifications of pilots in the Russian Federation. In their opinion, without training in simulators, flight safety in Russia will decrease significantly, especially with long-haul aircraft such as Boeing B777 and Airbus A350.
It is expected that the Turkish training center is not the only organization that refuses to train pilots of Russian airlines.
Recall that British intelligence reported that the Russian Federation had lost air superiority.
It should be noted that on the territory of partner countries, the training of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – ground specialists, airborne assault troops, special operations forces, and air forces continues.
