At Novaya Kakhovka, near the fish guard, the occupiers used a pier and equipped a floating craft to transfer ammunition to the right bank of the Dnieper.
In Nova Kakhovka, Kherson region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed another enemy pontoon crossing. This was announced on Facebook by the representative of the Kherson Regional Council Serhiy Khlan.
“Kherson region. Yesterday, another Russian pontoon crossing was destroyed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the report said.
At Novaya Kakhovka, near the fish protection, they used a pier and equipped a floating craft to transfer ammunition to the right bank of the Dnieper, but their plans were thwarted.
Also earlier, the satellite recorded attempts by the occupiers to rebuild the crossing near the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station. This was reported by Schemes, who had satellite images of Planet Labs at their disposal.
In the photos of September 18, under the damaged part of the bridge, you can see an embankment (it is not yet possible to establish what kind of mix it is) and previously flooded cars. In particular, the General Staff report said that the invaders flooded the wagons to restore the crossing near the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station.
A satellite photo for September 16, also in the possession of Schemes, shows the area where cars were flooded. That’s when the embankment appeared. Planet Labs also recorded small crossings near the other side of the Kakhovskaya HPP. They are not in the pictures for September 2 yet.
Recall that earlier in the Kherson region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine sank a barge, with the help of which the invaders tried to deliver weapons and equipment.
