The Russian occupiers removed “the head of the State Bureau of Investigation of the town’s militia,” the city leader said.
A massive explosion rocked the center of Russian-occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhia region, Mayor Ivan Fedorov said on Telegram on September 18.
“There was a powerful explosion in Melitopol. According to preliminary data, the explosives exploded right in the center of the city – in one of the courtyards on Yaroslav the Wise Street. We are waiting for details from the resistance forces,” he wrote.
Fedorov later clarified that a loud explosion occurred in the courtyard of a high-rise building in the city center.
“Probably the result of the FSB purge. According to preliminary data, during the “showdown” they removed one of the police collaborators – the so-called” head of the State Bureau of Investigation of the People’s Militia,” said the mayor.
According to him, Denis Stefankov is one of 118 traitor policemen, who are preparing to arrest all their real estate and movable property. According to Vesti.ua, he was the head of the interrogation of prisoners.
“Everyone who cheated on Ukraine should be clear: Russia does not need you. After they use you, you will become expendable material,” said Fedorov.
Several collaborators were removed this week. Among them are the deputy head of the occupiers’ “administration” and his wife in Berdyansk, the “LPR Prosecutor General” and his deputy in Lugansk. There was also a missile attack on the regional administration in Kherson, where collaborators gathered for the congress.
