“Law enforcement officers determined that during the occupation of the settlement, representatives of the Russian Federation created a pseudo-law enforcement body, in the basement of which they built a dungeon, where civilians was tortured. During the inspection, documents were seized that prove the functioning of the pseudo-police department,” the report said.

Earlier, it was reported that 10 torture chambers were found in the occupied territories, where the occupiers tortured Ukrainians.
