Erdogan threatens Armenia with “consequences”

Erdogan accused Armenia of violating an agreement reached as a result of the 2020 conflict.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Armenia’s attitude towards Azerbaijan is unacceptable and will have consequences. On Wednesday, September 14, he said at a rally in the Turkish capital Ankara, Reuters reports.

At the same time, the Turkish leader accused Armenia of violating the agreement reached as a result of the 2020 conflict.

“We hope that Armenia will return from this wrong path as soon as possible and devote its time and energy to strengthening peace. Such an attitude will certainly entail consequences for the Armenian side, which not only does not adheres to the terms of the signed agreement. , but also continues to show an aggressive attitude,” Erdogan said.
