As stated by the First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko, logistics centers will be built on the western border of Poland, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, and Slovakia in the first week, where the international donors and partners send humanitarian aid.
At the same time, the Lviv region has become the largest hub of humanitarian support in Ukraine, receiving 51% of freight assistance from abroad.
From humanitarian hubs located across the country, the cargo is distributed to regional military administrations, charitable organizations, local governments, public organizations and volunteers, said Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko .
In addition, according to him, using the help.gov.ua platform, people from different parts of the world fill out questionnaires every day and send help to Ukraine.
Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers clarified the procedure for crossing the border of drivers responsible for military service. Many categories of drivers can obtain permission to cross the border by persons responsible for military service.
