“However, these personnel have a very low level of training and know almost nothing about the real state of affairs regarding the conflicts in Ukraine,” GUR said.
Also in the Russian Federation, a campaign was announced to raise funds for the purchase of winter uniforms for the occupying contingent located in Ukraine.
According to intelligence, in this way the Kremlin admitted that it does not have enough funds in the budget to provide its soldiers with everything they need.
