The Cabinet of Ministers continued licensing control over the circulation of fuel, alcohol and tobacco. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
It is noted that the government has added the production and trade of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, fuel, fuel storage to the list of businesses that, under martial law, cannot start activities on the principles of the declaration.
Included in the list of such businesses

activities in the field of production and trade in ethyl, cognac and fruit alcohol, grain distillate, bioethanol.

manufacturing and trading activities of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, liquids used in electronic cigarettes.

production, trade and storage of fuel.
Now all these activities can be carried out only on the basis of a license.
It was noted that such a measure will increase revenues in local budgets, avoid possible abuses in the scope of circulation of goods.
According to First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko, more than 500 licensing procedures have been transferred to the declarative principle since the beginning of the war. It plans to reduce the number of permit types to five.
