The police, together with the SBU, continue to investigate and search for accomplices of the authorities occupying the liberated communities.
Law enforcement officials of Ukraine are taking steps to identify and identify collaborators in the unoccupied territories. This was announced to journalists on September 12 by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denis Monastyrsky, reports Interfax-Ukraine.
“Together with the SBU, we organize inspections and work hard to find and identify collaborators… As you know, most of them left before the liberation of the territory, to the territories controlled by Russia, abroad . They are now fleeing from cities further away from the communities we have liberated,” the interior minister said.
According to him, the situation in the liberated settlements will be clear in the near future.
“This work is underway… Give us some time, at least a week, and we will systematically report on what we find and put there,” stressed Monastyrsky.
Earlier it was reported that in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region, the head of the occupying “police” Balakleya was detained.
