After reaching the age of majority, he committed 59 offenses, including theft and violent acts. According to investigators, he and his brother committed crimes in 13 different places, including the James Smith Cree First Nation and the village of Weldon.
The body of the suspect’s brother was found on September 5, showing signs of wounds that police believe could not have been self-inflicted.
