In the Donetsk region, a teenager raped a woman and posted a video online

A teenager ambushes a girl in the territory of an abandoned school. The video of the bullying, taken by the offender, is attached to the case file.

In the Donetsk region, an eighth-grader raped a 12-year-old girl and posted a video of the bullying on social networks. This was reported by the press service of the Donetsk region police.

A resident of Konstantinovka contacted the police with a report about the rape of his daughter. He reported that the girl was raped on August 29 in the territory of an abandoned school.

The police identified the rapist as a 13-year-old local resident.

The crime is qualified under Part 4 of Art. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – rape committed against a person under 14 years of age. The video of the bullying, taken by the offender, is attached to the case file. The direction of criminal proceedings is being prepared in court, which will decide the further fate of the minor suspect.

Earlier it was reported that in the Odessa region, an uncle raped his niece for six months, promising to give him a phone and fulfill any whim.
