Since the beginning of the day, the Russian invaders have fired more than a hundred bullets into the Sumy region. This was announced on Monday, September 5, by the head of Sumy OVA, Dmitry Zhivitsky.
According to him, the community of Belopolskaya suffered the most from shelling. There, due to the blows, houses and power lines were damaged. 25 families were left without electricity.
In total, since the beginning of the day, the invaders have shelled five communities in the Sumy region:

Belopolsky community. At 23:30, as a result of mortar shelling (8 arrivals), a private house and a power line (25 subscribers without power supply) were damaged. A car was also damaged, and windows were broken in several houses.

Miropol community. From 02:00 Russian troops fired mortars (14 arrived). In the morning the shooting from the artillery continued (22 arrivals). Power lines and the village council building were damaged.

Khotyn community. The invaders fired mortars at night. In total, about 26 arrivals were recorded.

Shaligin community. The next morning the enemy opened fire from small arms. Mortar attacks followed later (18 arrivals).

Middle Bud community. After 10 am, the invaders opened fire on 8 mines in the region.
It was previously reported that as a result of shelling in the Sumy region, a power line was damaged.
And last week, a forest fire broke out in the Sumy region due to shelling.
