The Verkhovna Rada on Thursday, April 14, adopted Law No. 7186 on the introduction of criminal liability of up to 12 years in prison for conspiracy to state aggressor. This was reported by the press service of Parliament.
357 deputies voted for the document, taking into account the proposals of President Volodymyr Zelensky, with a minimum requirement of 226.
By law, now Article 111-2 appears in the Criminal Code, which for intentional actions aimed at assisting the state of the aggressor, implies a term of imprisonment of 10 to 12 years with or without confiscation of property property.
The following actions are at the bottom of the article:

implementing or supporting the decisions and/or actions of the aggressor state, armed formations and/or administration of the occupation of the aggressor state;

any cooperation, including the collection, preparation and/or transfer of material resources or other assets with representatives of the aggressor state, its armed formations and/or the occupying administration of the aggressor state.
At the same time, at the suggestion of the president, the item “other voluntary interaction with representatives of the aggressor’s state, illegal authorities established in the temporarily occupied territory, together with the administration of the aggressor’s state occupation” was removed. from this list.
Recall that on March 24, the Rada introduced criminal liability of up to 12 years in prison for complicity in the state of the aggressor, but on April 6, Zelensky vetoed it and sent a text with his proposals.
