Repair brigades are working to quickly restore electrical networks damaged by shelling with permission from the military.
Over the past day, DTEK’s emergency teams resumed power supply for 13,000 families in 7 settlements of Donetsk and Dnepropetrovsk regions, according to the company’s website on Wednesday, August 31.
Thus, the electricity supply was resumed to more than 10 thousand households of the Bakhmut community, which was under the daily shelling of the Russian invaders.
Also, electrical engineers managed to carry out repairs in the communities of Avdeevsk, Slavyansk and Toretsk of the Donetsk region.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, electricity was restored to 1,250 families in the Nikopol region.
Today, 90 settlements in the Donetsk region remain without electricity, where electrical engineers cannot work and do not have permission to carry out work from the military.
It should be noted that over the past week, DTEK power engineers restored light to more than 85,000 families in 160 settlements of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
