This time, the device failed to register a thumbprint candidate named Manish Kumar, despite repeated attempts,” the statement said.

It was noted that during treatment with a disinfectant during a biometric check, a piece of glued skin fell off. So, the police arrested two men aged about 20 years for the fraud.
