Vitaly Kim urged the inhabitants of the region not to give in to possible provocations from the Russian side.
The head of the military administration of the Nikolaev region, Vitaly Kim, announced “changes in the direction of Kherson.” He said this in his address on Monday, August 29.
“Also today there will be, perhaps, some changes in the direction of Kherson. You will hear about them in the news from the military. Do not give in to provocations from the Russian side,” said Kim.
He also informed the residents of Nikolaev that the water use accident, due to which the city was left without water, occurred due to damage to two pumps. Kim hopes that one pump per day can be restored to restore the water supply.
It was previously reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine broke through the enemy’s first line of defense near Kherson. “DPR” militants retreated from their positions. At the same time, the Russian paratroopers, who were their support, simply fled the battlefield.
Later, information emerged that the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched offensive operations in many areas in the south of the country.
