The Russian occupiers could shoot down their own Onyx missile, which was launched in the Odessa region.
Today, August 28, a series of explosions was heard at the Crimean Cape Fiolent. The explosions coincided simultaneously with the launch of the Onyx rocket and the announcement of an air raid alert in the Odessa region. Russian media also reported that air defense systems were operating on the peninsula. This was announced by the speaker of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Sergey Bratchuk in Telegram.
Very interesting information came from the temporarily occupied Crimea and, unfortunately, it concerns this extreme air raid warning, which sounded only in Odessa and the region. Local publics report that the Russians tried to launch an Onyx rocket in Ukraine, but it took it and fell somewhere there. And at the same time there were explosions at Cape Fiolent and at the same time there was an all-clear alarm in Odessa and the region, – he wrote.
Bratchuk also admitted that the information about the alleged fall of the rocket could be a deliberate stuffing in order to misinform Ukrainian intelligence.
Recall, on August 28, explosions thundered in the Crimea. After that, a fire started in the forest near the village of Simeiz, which is located 17 km from Yalta.
